Alaska Crab

Alaska Crab

Dungeness Crab - A tradition on the West Coast for decades and prized for its distinct mild flavor and firm texture.

Snow Crab - Its sweet, delicate flavor and snowy white meat make it a popular menu item in buffets and a profitable signature item in selective restaurants.

King Crab - Unmatched for its sweet flavor and rich, tender texture.

One of the most sought-after treasures of the sea is also one of the most difficult to obtain. We're very selective about the crab we buy, purchasing only live crab that's transported in circulating seawater tanks on board modern vessels. Then we process each one to meet Icicle's rigorous quality standards. Icicle produces King Crab, Snow Crab and Dungeness Crab at our Petersburg facility. Seasonal and retail frozen products are available either as whole cooked or sectioned with varying grades, forms and sizes.
